Self-Love is such a big topic, one that I find is interpreted as more of the excited, honey moon, fan girling kind of love. When in my opinion, true self-love is deeper, founded in understanding and acceptance, it’s more of an unconditional flavour of love. It’s an important distinction to have, one that I think makes it more realistic and attainable, while also understanding just what is needed to get there.
